A: Only flash tattoos that are part of the event, ususally about 2" square.
Q: What is flash?
A: Flash is pre-drawn material that's all designed and ready to go!
Q: Can I get a custom tattoo?
A: You can, but not as part of this sale. The flash sale is for the huge variety of pre-drawn material we have available.
